The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. Not only are the prices reasonable, but the attention to detail in the rooms is outstanding. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with interesting mezzanine levels that provide extra space and comfort. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities provided are more than enough for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast served in the charming cafe next door is a delightful way to start the day.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were fantastic!

Rooms are comfortable and very clean (although a previous reviewer's comment about the lack of toilet rolls is accurate!). Reception staff have very good English
There was no shuttle bus - taxi to airport was €15 for only a couple of Kilometres! The hotel is right beside Via Appia, which means the road noise is constant until about 1 am, and starts again at around 6 am.

Had a fantastic New Year at this hotel. Loved the spacious and well-maintained rooms. The staff was lovely and accommodating. The restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks. The key location fact was the easy walk to the train station for fuss-free day trips. , loved the beautiful views of the surrounding area from the hotel.
The noise from the traffic outside, which could be an issue for light sleepers. some of the rooms were a bit dark, making them less than cheery during the daytime.

Very attractive room, recently refurbished. Particularly attractive bathroom area. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Noticed some patches of rising damp on walls. Lack of fresh air as no windows.

The hotel was charming and had a unique interior design. The staff were friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant served delicious Italian cuisine and the breakfast was good. Additionally, the hotel offered a large parking space and was conveniently located close to the airport.
It was all superb.

The spacious rooms and friendly staff made our weekend getaway enjoyable. We appreciated the easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the free breakfast and secure parking were great perks that added to our experience.
The air conditioning in our room was not very effective and made for stuffy sleeping arrangements. the restaurant on-site was a bit overpriced for the quality of food served, and we found better options within the surrounding area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic restaurant next to the hotel. My room had a loft! Free wifi connection.
Other guests or maybe the cleaning service, were very noisy early in the morning (6.30). A very sweet breakfast with freshly ((homemade?) baked pie and cake. Really superb, but I rather eat something without sugar in the morning and missed fresh fruits.

Very nice room and good location near Ciampino Airport. Newly furnished, clean and modern rooms. Great AC and WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff. Loft rooms offer extra privacy. Delicious antipasti buffet at the hotel restaurant.
All good.

Really excellent location, very close to the Ciampino airport, therefore ideal if you arrive late or travel early. Building is nicely restored and has very nice big rooms, well designed. Breakfast is excellent, and very Italian, only sweets, but what a choice! The hotel is on the Via Appia, not a very nice location by itself, but because its an old building built around a courtyard, you don't notice that. And the proximity to Ciampino makes up for the lacklustre location. Would certainly go back here. Not suitable however if Rome is your target, then its too far from the main sights.
Everything fine, maybe the airco could be better.

The suite was excellent. Location was right on the way to Rome, with easy access to city. Has a play area which is good for engaging the children. Breakfast was also very good with a lot of varieties to choose.
